We Are Hiring | Secretary – Contracting & Facilities Management Company (UAE)

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Secretary to join our growing team in a leading Contracting and Facilities Management company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency, communication, and documentation across various departments.


Location: AbuDhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Language: Arabic & English (required)


Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.

Draft, format, and send official letters and emails.

Maintain organized document control systems (digital & physical).

Support teams by following up on cross-functional tasks and deadlines.

Coordinate internal communications and assist with reporting.



Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong typing skills in Arabic and English.

Prior experience in a Contracting or Facilities Management company is preferred.

Familiarity with CAFM systems is a strong advantage.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
